Heel slecht

Totaal geen reactie van Sdeal. Engelse verkoper geeft aan geld terug te hebben gestort, maar wat ook nog eens beduidend lager is dan dat ik ervoor betaald heb. Zie bericht hieronder. Verzoek om onmiddellijke terugbetaling bestelling 90719. Geachte heer/mevrouw, Op 24 juni ontving ik van u een e-mail waarin werd aangegeven dat de verkoper mijn bestelling met nummer 90719 niet kon uitvoeren. In dezelfde e-mail gaf u aan dat de terugbetaling was voorbereid en automatisch binnen 2 tot 5 werkdagen zou worden verwerkt. Tot op heden heb ik echter nog geen terugbetaling ontvangen op mijn rekening. De door u genoemde verwerkingstermijn is inmiddels ruimschoots verstreken. Ik verzoek u vriendelijk doch dringend om mij binnen 7 dagen te informeren over de status van de terugbetaling en het openstaande bedrag alsnog per omgaande aan mij over te maken. Indien de terugbetaling reeds zou zijn uitgevoerd, verzoek ik u mij een betalingsbewijs of transactiereferentie toe te sturen. Ik vertrouw erop dat deze kwestie spoedig wordt opgelost en zie uw reactie graag tegemoet. Met vriendelijke groet, Peter van der Weel

Superslecht en niet te bereiken

Er staat een grote fout op de website. Bestelde een kippenhok. Verkoper blijkt helemaal geen kippenhokken te leveren. Sdeal is niet te bereiken, 4 van de 5 keuzemogelijkheden op het antwoordapparaat geven hetzelfde antwoord waar je niets mee kan, de 5e idem dito maar dan in het engels. Sdeals reageert niet op mijn verzoek mij dan even te bellen. Waardeloos bedrijf, eens maar nooit meer.....
