Horrible experience
I placed an order with a seller, referred to as kleinkantoor, on this platform, hoping for a smooth transaction. However, after waiting for a week without any update on the status of an item that was supposedly in stock, I decided to reach out to them for clarification. Upon contacting the seller, they eventually located my order and informed me that it was unfortunately stuck in the system. This news was disheartening, as they immediately cancelled the order without proceeding with the delivery. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, leaving me without the item I had anticipated receiving.

Package was not delivered, although sdeal.nl says it was. After a wait of 3 more days I sent sdeal.nl a mail informing them of the non-delivery, but I have yet to receive a reply from them.

Ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt dat ik iets bestel en dat het niet geleverd wordt. Ik vind het echt een hele slechte zaak. Je kunt ook nergens terecht voor vragen. Niemand die je te woord kan staan. dus mocht iemand hier iets willen bestellen NIET DOEN.

Ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt dat ik iets heb besteld en dat het niet geleverd wordt. Nu vraag ik u of u het bedrag van €81,95.- weer terug stort op mijn rekening. Ik vind dit echt een kwalijke zaak. Je kunt ook nergens terecht als je vragen hebt. Heel erg slecht dit

Order should have arrived by now, bus hasn’t. No tracking available.
Sdeal looks like a store, but is in fact a marketplace. My order should have arrived last week but i fear it will arrive after christmas. The actual seller has a very low rating, so that is what i give too.
